said subdivision and allotment of lands as hereinbefore describ-
ed, and as spawn, marked and designated on said plat to be known

plat as complying with all the provisions of the City Charter and
the ' rule s - and regulations of the Department of Publ io Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat slims the dedication of certain streets,
avenues and alleys to the perpetual use of the owner or ownera of
the lots adjacent thereto and the dedication of certain streets
and avenues to the perpetual use of the public ,
NOW, THEREP' RK, BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission of the City
of Miami:
