WHEREAS, (dark O. Meagher and Jennie I. Meagher, hie wife,
have filed with the Director of Public Service an amended plat
of a subdivision of a traot of land in Dade County, Plcrida,
described as follows:
The Nast six hundred and sixty feet (660' )
of the South Three -Quarters (S;) of the
Nast One -Ralf (Si) of the North East One •
Quaartar (N ) of the North West One -Quarter
(i ) of Section Three (3), Township Fifty -
Four South (54S) Range Forty-one LNist (41E),
said subdivision being known as "CIrt LIN3 PARK", and
WTh RAS, the Director of Public Servioe has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the
Oity of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department
of Public Servioe, and
WORM, the said plat ohcwa the dedication of certain
streets and avenues to the perpetual use of the public for gro-
per purposes,
NOW, THARIDIOR , BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the
Oity of Miami: That the dedication of the streets in said sub-
division, as shown by said plat, is accepted and confirmed by
the 0it7 of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of August, A. D. 1924.
