the Public records of Dade county, 1'1arids,
said subdivision to be known as "Sunni lawn", and
the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with ail the provisions of the Jh arter of the
City of Miami and the rules ;Ind regulations of the Department
of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows tie dedication of certain
streets to the perpetual use of the public for proper purposes,
