W RA9, A. D. R► Poway and Annie Gladys Pussy, his wife,
and T. S. Bouafield and Margaret Bouafield, his wife, have filed
with the Director of Publio Service a plat of the subdivision of:
All of Lot five (5) Waddell's Subdivision o:: the Bast
Ralf (Si) of the Northeast Quarter (N ) of Section
Thirtp-four (34) Tewnahip Fifty-three 53) South, range
Forty-one (41) East as per plat recorded in Plat Book
"B", page 108, public records of Dade CountyFlorida,
except the North Oren (10) Feet et said Lot five (5) re-
served for roadway,
said subdivision to be known as "First Addition to Kenwood", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as a omply ing with all the provisions of the Charter of the
City a f Miami any. the rules and regulations of the Department of
Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets and avenues to the perpetual use of the public for pro-
per purposes,
NOW, THERE?' , BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission of the City
of Miami: That the dedication of the Streets in said subdi-
vision, as shown by said plat, is accepted and confirmed by the
City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED on its first reading by title only this
let day of July, A. D. 1924.
PASSED AND ADOPTED on ite second reading in Lull this 8th
day of July, A. D. 1924.
