plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the
City of Miami, and the rules and regulations of the Department
of Public service, and
WHIMA3, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets and avenues to the perpetual use of the public for pro-
per purposes,
NOW, TH$RRB'ORB, BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission of the City
of Miami:
That the dedication of the streets in said subdivision, as
shown by said plat, is accepted and confirmed by the City of
Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED on its first reading by title only this
