Director of Public Service a plat of a subdivision of the
West 995 feet of the following described tract:
Beginning at a paint on the West line of
Section 30, Township 53 South, Range 42 &et,
1184 feet 5 inches South of the N.W. corner of
said Section; thence continuing south along
said west line of said section for a distance
of 200 feet; thence East, parallel with the
North line of said section for a distance of
1379 feet more or less to the low water mark of
Biaoayne Bay; thence North, meandering the sa id
low water mark of Biscayne Bay for a distance
of 200 feet more or less; thence West, parallel
with and 200 feet north of the south line of the
within d ascribed tract for a distance of 1366
feet more or less to the point of beginning,
said subdivision to be known as "Elwood Court", and
WHER13AS, the Direotor of Public Service hss approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of
the City of Miami, and the rules and regulations of the Depart-
ment of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets and avenues to the perpetual use of the public for pro-
per purposes,
NOW, TH1 R. 'ORE, BE IT ORDAIIID by the Commission of the
City of Miami: That the dedication of the street$ in said sub-
division, as shown by said plat, is saaepted and confirmed by
the City of Miami.
PASSED on its first reeding by title only this 24th day of
June, A D. 1924.
