Comfort, his wife, have filed with the Director of Public service a plat of: A subdivision of Lot 3, (except the Chest 75 feet thereof) of Block 2 of "Edgewater", according to the plat of Edgewater recorded at Page 31 of Plat Book 2 of the Public Re- cords of Dade County, Florida and the ri- parian rights and filled in lands adjacent and lying East of said portion of Lot 3 of Block 2 and extending Easterly to the U. S. Harbor line along the Westerly side of Bis- cayne Bay, said subdivision to be known as "Nancy Terrace", and MEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said plat as complying with all the provisions of the Char- ter of the City of Miami, and the rules and regulations of the Department of Public Service, and WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that all city taxes and all city liens due and payable have been satisfied, NOW, TH RI E' ORS, BE IT ORDAINED BY VIE C OMI SS ION OP T$4: C 11Y Off' MIAMI: i'ha t the dedication of the streets in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, is accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
