AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION aP THE
STREETS IN A RR -SUBDIVISION Off' BLOCK 9 OP
"NORTH GATE".
WHEREAS, the C. J. Pearson Co., a corporation organizm
ea and existing under the Laws of the State of Plorida, has
filed with tiie Director of Public Service a plat of:
"Re -subdivision of Block 9 of North
Gate, a subdivision in Section 18,
Township 53 South, Range 42, East,
as recorded in ,Plat Book 8, Page
88, Public Records of Dade County,
Florida"
and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved
said plat as complying with all the provisions of the Char-
ter of the City of Miami,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED INED by the Commission of
the City of Miami:
That the dedication of the streets in said subdivision,
as shown by said plat, is accepted and confirmed by the City
of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of May, A. D. 1924.
