WIiMUS, the inhabitants of the Oity of Miami deem
it proper and desirable the t the City Commission sen and con-
vey to Rarvey Seeds Post No. 29, American Legion, Department
of Florida, at Miami, Florida, the property owned bar the Oity
of Miami, desoribed as follows:
Lots two (2) and three (3), of Block f orty-
one (41) North, of the Oity of Miami, a000rding
to the Knowlton Map of said City on file in the
office of the clerk of the Circuit Court of Dade
O ounty , r for ida ,
for the purpose of building and o ons truo t ing thereon a mem-
orial home for the Amerioan Legion, and as a memorial to the
deoeased veterans of the World War, at and for the considera-
tion to be paid to said City not in excess of the sum of One
Dollar (41.00), and for the further consideration ofthe build-
ing and oonstruoting thereon of the said memorial home for
said American Legion, and as a memorial to tho deceased ve-
terans of the World War,

Section 1: That for and in oonsideration of the
sum of one dollar in cash and of the further oonsideretion
of the erection and oonetruotton thereon by said Harvey Seeds
Post No. 29, of a memorial home for the American Legion, and
as a memorial to the deoeaeed veterans of the World War, that
the City Oassnisaion hereby aut►horieee the oonveyance to said
Harvey geode Poet tio. 89, American Legion, Department of nor'.'
da, at Miami, nor ida, for the purposes aforesaid, of the above
devoribe:i property.

sum of one dollar that the dity Manager be, and he is
hereby, directed to eleout° in the name of the City of
Miami such deed of conveyance as may be neoesaary tom.,
