AN ORDINANCE (PEALING SECTION 605 OF THE
CODE OF Tilt OM Or EMI AMI ADOPTEo SEPTEM-
BER 20, 1517, ENTITLED "FAILURE TO PAY
PARE."
WHEREAS, by and under Section 605 of the Code of
the City of Mi:-11111, adopted September 20, 1917, it requires
any person engagin, a hack or other vehicle to pay cash for
the use of same, and in failure thereof upon conviction, to
pay a fine of not more than $25.00 or by imprison.nent, not
to exceed thirty days,
