AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION
OP THE STREETS IN THE SUBDIVI PION ? NOti'IN
AS "THE HUB. "

WHEREAS, J. O. Carrigan and Marion . Carrigan, his
wife, have filed with the Director of public Service a plat
of the subdivision of:
The Hub," a re -subdivision of lots fifteen (15)
and sixteen (16) of a subdivision of Si oi' SWµ
of Section 34, Township 53 South, .Range 41 East.
as recorded in Plat Book 2, pa .e 59 of the Publio
Records of Dade County.
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has ap-
proved said plat as complying with all the provisicns of
the charter of the City of Miami,
NOV, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission. of
the City of Miami, that the dedication of the streets in said
subdivision, as shown by said rlat, is accepted and confirmed
by the City of Miami.
