ORDINANCE NO
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION
OF THE STREETS IN THE RE -SUBDIVISION OF
SLOG{ TEN IN SECOND WESTMORELAND.
WHEREAS, Roswell P. Green, single, has filed with
the Director of Public Service a plat of the resubdivision. of
Block Ten (10) in Seoond Westmoreland, a subdivision in Dade
County, Florida, recorded in Plat Book 2, page 62 of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida, said subdivision to be known
as "Resubfivision of Block ten in Second W►estmoreland," and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
all city taxes and all city liens due and payable have been
duly paid, and
"BEREAS, the Director of Public Service has al,proved
said plat as co::.plying with all the provisions of the charter
of the City of Miami.
NOT, THEREFORE, nE IT ORDAINED BY THE COWVIISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, That the dedication of the streets in said
subdivision, as shown by said plat, is accepted and confirmed
by the City of Miami.
