WHEREAS, Bait Shore Investment Comps*, a body corporate
under the laws of the State of Delaware, but authorized to
transact business in the State of Florida, have filed with
the Director of Public Service a plat of the subdivision of:
Certain lands shown in said plat and be-
ing a part of Section 18, Township 53
South, Range 42 East, Dade County, Florida,
said subdivision to be known as "Bay Shore - Unit 2to. 2", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the charter of the
City of Miami,

CITY OF MIAMI: That the dedicati .n of the streets in said
subdivision, as shown by said plat, is accepted and ocrifirired
by the City of Miami.
