MUMS, the Director of Pinanae reports that there has
been filed with him a plat of the subdivision of:
The West three-quarters(W1) of the
Southwest quarter (SW .) of the North-
east quarter (N) of the Southwest
quarter (SW) of Section 22, Oownahip
5S South, Range 41 Bast,
saia subdivision to be known as "Allapattah Heights", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the
City of Miami,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That the dedication of the streets in said
subdivision, as shown by said plat, is accepted and confirmed
by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of Febraury, A. D. 1924.
