AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING TitE bEM.
CATION OF THE STREETS IN THE 8U8.
DIVISION KNOWN AS "CORAL POINT."
WHEREAS, 'John E. Fenn and Nine •E.
Fenn, his wife, have filed with the Director
of Public Service a plat of the subdivision ott
West onebalt of the southwest quarter
of the southwest quarter of the south-
west quarter. except the west 200 feet of
the Borth 200 feet thereof of Section 4,
Township 94 South, Range 41 East
said subdivision to be known as "Coral Point."
WHEREAS the Director of Public service
has approved said plat as complying with oil
the provisions of the charter of the City of
]Iiami. ,
NOW. THEREFORE 8E IT ORDAINED by
the Commission of the City of Miami. that the
dedication of the streets in said subdivision,
es shown by said plat. is accepted and eon -
finned by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED on its first read-
ing and read by title only, this 12th day of
'4 February, A. D. 1924.
