THEREAS, Mary Hcrrie, a widow, Kather r. M. Haskell,
a rridcw, Vernon C. Seavers and Ethel Seavers, his rife, have
filed with the Director of Public Service a plat cf the
subdivision of:
Begin at a point which is the Southwest corner
of the Southeast quarter cf Section 3, Township
54, Range 41 East, thence East along t . e South
line of said Section 3, a distance of 3E6.1;
thence to a point or. the North line of the South-
west quarter cf the SL.uth tquerter said Section
3, 356.1 feet East of the Northwest ccrr: r of the
