MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED MEETIG OF THA BOARD OF COMMISOIONSRS OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLA.
On this 30th day of July. D. 1924, the Commission af the City of Lind., Florida, met
at the City Hall In Miami, Florida, et 2:00 o'clock P. M. pursuant to an adjournment on
July 29th, 1924, and on roll call the following members of the Commission re present:
B.O. Romfh, J. E. Lummue, J. I. Wilson, J. H. Gilman, C. D. Leffler.
ABSENT: Vona.

It appearing that the bid of J. H. Hilsman & Clammy, Citizens & Southern
00., Geo. H. Burr & Co., B. J. Von Ingen & Go., Vita & Go., and Rutter & Company
is the highest and best bid received for the said 4950,000.00 General Municipal
Improvement Bonds and the Commiesion deeming if advi.ble and to the best inter-
ests of the City to accept the said joint bid the following resolution was intro-
duced by Mr. Lummue:

A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE JOINT BID OP J. H. HILSMAN
& 00., CITIZENS AND SOUTHERN 00., GEO. R. BURR & CO.,
B. J. VAN INGER & CO., WHITE & 00.. AND RUTTER & 00.. FOR
$960,000.00 GENERAL MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENT BONDS OF THE
CITY OP MIAMI, FLORIBA, AND PROVIDING FOR RETURN OP CER-
TIFIED CHICKS ap THE UNSUCCESSFUL BIDDERS.
• * WHEREAS, upon tabulation of the bids rooaived and submitted by the
'Director of Finance it appears that the joint bid of:

On motion of Mr. Lummus, seconded by Mr. Leffler, the resolution was passed and adopt-
