FOR $960,000.00 GENERAL MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENT BONDS OF THE CITY OP MIAMI, FLORIBA, AND PROVIDING FOR RETURN OP CER- TIFIED CHICKS ap THE UNSUCCESSFUL BIDDERS. • * WHEREAS, upon tabulation of the bids rooaived and submitted by the 'Director of Finance it appears that the joint bid of: J.
