met in regular session at the City Hall in Miami, Florida,- at nine o'clock A. M.
Members present: J. E. Lummus and 0. D. Leffler.
Absent: J. H. Gilman, J. I. Wilson and E. O. Romfh.
There not being members enough present to constitute a quorum todo business the
meeting was adjourned.
