WHEREAS the Director . of. Public Service reports
a communication of December 28th, 1923, that it is be
that laterals be• carried to the property line so, as to
eliminate the cutting up of the sidewalks after same have
been ccnsteucted when making house oonnections to these
laterals.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Commission of
the City of Miami that the City Manager be and he is hereby
authorized to enter into a. contract to extend laterals to
the property line under Sanitary Sewer contracts 32 and 34.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of December, A.D.
1923.
