WHERRAS, the City Manager and the Director of publics Ser..
vice report that Mr. Geo. Stembler wishes to construct a walk
in front of he Eurant Apartments on West Plagler Street, wept
of West 12th Avenue to correct elevation extending from this
building to curb, and
WEERBILS, Imo . Stembler asks that the City allow him the
amount of the assessment for the original sidewalk plus the cost
of such additional walk as he put down for the walk to be torn
up in rebuilding another walk to the proper grade, and
HE EiL,, the City Manager reports that the original assess-
ment for the sidewalk was 41::1.30 and the cost of additional
walk constructed by lir. :,tembler was 4109.74, making a total of
4461.04, and recemwenas that the City pay the said amount of
