A RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 3 OF RESOLUTION No.1125,
ENTITLED "A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF
IMPROVEMENT BONDS, SERIES 'lit*, PACSED AND ADOPTED
NOVEMBER 27tha 1923.

WHEREAS, the Legal Department of the City has recommended
that Section 3 of Resolution No. 1125, being a resolution providing
for the issuance of improvement bonds Series "V", passed and adopted
November 27th, 1923, be amended so as to change the maturities of
the bonds to make such maturities at least equal to the special
assessments as they shall fall due,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, That Section 3 of Resolution 1125, being a resolution
providing for the issuance of improvement bonds Series "V", passed
and adopted November 27th, 1923, be and the same is hereby amended
so as to read as follows, to -wit:
Section 3: That the said bonds shall mature, without option
of prior payment, on January 1, annually as follows:
$15,000.00 1926 $15,000.0c, 1927 $15,000.00 1928
e1 5,000.CC 1929 15,000.CO, 1930 t15,000.00 1931
$15,000.00 1932 $15,000.00, 1933 $57,000.00 1934
in numberical order, lowest numbers first.
