the heavy payments on 1923 taxes during the first mono} the,
amsaunt of discount has exceeded the appropriation and re
commando that an appropriation of 1200.00 be mode in order
that one per cent disoount may be allowed during the month
of December, and
MMUS, the said recommendation of the Director of
Pittance meets with the approval of the Commission,

by, authorized to transfer the sum of 41200.00 from the
General Fund Surplus to Discount on Taxes.
