WHS, the Director of public Service and the city Manager
have, pursuant to directions, submitted tabulations of bide receiv-
ed for the work under Paving Contract No. 49, and
WHEREAS, it appears that the bid of T. B. McGahay for work un-
der Districts H-410 and 212, is the lowest and best bid received,
NOW, TFAREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City
of Miami:
1: That the proposal e f 1' • B. ILoGahey for work under Districts
H-210 and 212, a8 set forth in his bid, be, and the same is hereby,
accepted.
2: That the Li ty Diana. er be, and he is hereby, authorized and
directed to enter into a contract with the said 2. B. LleGahey and
the contract entered into, together with bond to be furnished by
the c3ntraotor, to be approved by the amity Attorney as to form and
execution, and that the Oity Lianager submit both contract and bond
to the 3ity Commission i:or approval.
3: That the City Clerk be and is hereby directed to return to
the unsuccessful binders they certified checks and bidders, bonds
which accompanied their bids..
