WHIRXAS, the Director of Public Service and the City Mail$e
have, pursuant to directions, submitted tabulations of bids received
for the work under Paving Contract Boo. 49, and
WHEREAS, it appears that the bid of J. J. Quinn Company for work.
under Districts H-206, 207, 208, 209 and 211, is the lowest and best.

NOW, MLR/OGRE, BE II' RESCUED by the Commission of the City of
Miami:
1: That the proposal ui the J. J. Quinn Company for the construc-
tion of streets under Paving Contract No. 49, Districts H-206, 207,
208, 209 and 211, as set forth in their bid, be, and the same is here-
by, accepted.
2: That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and
directed to enter into a contract with the said J. J. uinn Company,
and th,: contract entered into, together with bond to be furnished by
th:: contractor, to be approved by the City Attorney as to form and
execution, anu tat the City Manager submit both contract and bond
to the City 3oiwnission ior approval.
3: That the :;ity jierh be ar.d is iiereby directed to return to
