WHEREAS, such ordinance was passed and adopted by the City
Commission on December 18th, 1923, and
WHEREAS, laterals have been constructed by the City Commission
in front of and adjoining the property hereinafter described,
NOW, Ts�F..EFO:-E, 3E IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
That all owners of property upon the following streets,
