* R8SOLU TION RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING EXSOUTION OP
CONTRACT BY THE CITY MANAGER, FOR AND ON BMW OP
THE CITY 0P MIAMI, WITH THE KNIGHT & LOMA® COMPANY
FOR CONSTRUCTION AND ERECTION OF PASSENGER MATING
ROOM ON THE MUNICIPAL DOCKS.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida,
by resolution adopted December 4th, 1923, authorized and directed
the City imager to enter into contract with J. M. Knight and
George Lomas, doing business under the firm name and style of
Knight & Lomas, for the construction and erection of Passenger
Waiting Room on the Municipal Docks, and
WHEREAS, the City Tanager has submitted said contract duly
executed by the City of Miami and the contractor together with
bond furnished by said contractor, both bond and contract hav-
ing been approved as to form and execution by the City Attorney,
TF?EOi , BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of
Miami that the said contract between the City of Miami end the
said Knight & Lomas for the construction and erection of Passen-
ger waiting room upon the Mtnicipal Docks be, and the same is
hereby, ratified and confirmed by the commission of the City
of Miami, Florida.
