made application to the Oity for permit to use a 26,000 bbl.
storage tank located on their property for the storage of •
gasoline, and
WHSRBLS, it is deemed unadvisable by the Oity O omRie-
sion of the City of Miami that such permit be issued by US
Oity,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the
Oity of Miami, that the application of the Belcher Asphalt
paving Company for permit to use 25,000 bbl. storage tank
for the storage of gasoline be, and the same is hereby, de-
nied.
