WEEBRBAB, the City Attorney has submitted bill of
W. Trammell for services as especial master in the Ueae of
City of uiami vs. Zones, et al, said bill having been ap-
proved December 7th, 1923. by the City ♦ttorney, and
WREAS, it is necessary that an appropriation be
made to take oars of the said bill,
TORE, BE IT R830LVaD by the Commission of the
City of Miami.
1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, au—
thorized and directed to pay to Worth W. Trammell the Bum
of %208.58 far services as special master in the case set
forth in the preamble of this resolution.
2. 'Thai. the sum of 4208.58 be, and is hereby, ap—
propriated from the GAUSR L PUTID SURPLUS for the purpose
making said payment.
