MSRUS, the City Manager and Direotor of Public 3ervioe have
heretofore submitted report on the claim of the Atlantic Boat Yarte
Company, as shown in the Minutes of the meeting of the Commies ion
on the 4th day of December, 1923, and
NHS, the City Imager reoommenda that the sum of 4185140
be paid to said Atlantic Boat Yards Company in full settlement of
their claim against the City on account of removing and relooating
their marine ways made neoeseary by the construction of the S. W.
2nd Avenue Bridge; and reports that the said Company has agreed to
accept this amount in full :settlement of their olaims,

Miami;
1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
pay to the Atlantic Boat Yards Company the sum of 1851.00 in full
settlement of their claims against the City of Miami for losses sus-
tained in removing and relocating their marine ways.
2. That the said sum of .1851.00 be, and is hereby, appropriat-
ed from the 3eoond tvenue Bridge Bond Fund for the purpose of
making said settlement.
