WE$REAS, the City Amager reports that the wort: i
well under way and that the incinerator will probably be
oompleted and in operation about January 1; and that
Nye Odorless Crematory Company requests the City to ad-.:
vane the sum of 5,000 which, under the contraot, is not
due until the oomplatian of the plant, and
MERSA'S, the City Manager reports that he is of the
opinion that it would not be amiss for the Jity to ad-
vance the said Company the sum of ,,,i500 at this time and
the balance of ;;4500 when the plant is completed,
THEREFORE, Bi: IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the
City of Miami that the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to pay to the Nye Odorless Crematory Company
the sum of w4500.00 on account of incinerator Ito. 3.
PASSED AID ADOPTED this 4th day of December, A. D.
