ONE MULE FOR USE IN THE TRASH AND GARBAGE DI*
VISION; AND THE, APPROPRIATION OF 4160 TO THE
A000UNT OF FORAGE AND FODDER IN THd DIVISION
OF TRASH AND GARBAGE; AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS
FOR TH& PURCHASE OF SAID EZUIPI, 1 T AND LIVE
STOOK.
WHMEAB, the Director of publio Servioe reports that his de-
partment is in need of one Low Speed Pord Truck and One Austin Foul'
Ton Pup Roller for use in the Street Division; and one mule for use
in the Trash and garbage Division, and
WHEREAS, there are no funds provided for the purchase of the
said equipment and live stook, and
WHEREAS, the City k nager recommends the purchase of the equip•
ment and live stook requested by the Director
requests appropriations for same;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the
Miami:
Section 1. That the
sum of
of publio Service and
Commission of the
City of
41;2600.00 be, and is hereby, appro-
priated from the GENERAL FUND SURPLUS for the purpose of purchasing
said Ford truck and said Austin Roller.
Section 2. That the sum of 4200.00 be, and is hereby, appro-
priated from the GENERAL FUND SURPLUS for the purpose of purchasing
one mule for use in the 'Trash and Garbage ilvision.
Section 3. l'ha t the sum of 41b0.00 be, and is hereby, appro-
priated from the G.::IZARAL FULD SURPLUS to the account of FORAGA AND
FODDER in the Division of Trash and Garbage, Dept. of publio Service.
Section 4. That the City Aanager be, and he is hereby, author-
ized to purchase, through the proper agents, the equip:Lent and live
stock hereinabove set forth.
