Servioe reports that there are in the Street Division of
his department seven mules, eight bottom dump wagons in
serviceable condition and about eight bottom dump bottom
wagons that could be used for repairs to other auoh ve-
hioles that are of no Servioe to his department and re-
commends that same be sold, and
WHEREAS, the City Manager oonours in the recommenda-
tion of the Direotor of Publio Servioe,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the
City of Miami that the City l►ianager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to sell to the best interests of the City,
through the proper officers, the live stook and equipment
set forth in the preamble of this resolution.
