VIES A LOCATION POR A HOME FOR THE AMERICAN LI

WHEREAS, the Amerioan Legion, Harvey Seeds Poat No. 29,
through its proper offioers, has requested the City of Miami
to furnish a site for a home for the said organization, and
WEEMS, the property under ()on:adoration, vie: the pro-
perty known as the NOW( CORRELL PROPMKTY" , has been found
to be dedicated for cloaks, warehouses and other dock pur-
poses, and
WHEREAS, at the present time the Commission finds it im-
poesible to legally lease or otherwise dispose of this proper-
ty
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City
of mismi:
That the leasing or otherwise disposing of the property
set forth in the preamble of this resolution be, and the same
is hereby, denied.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that it is the purpose of the City
Commission to find some legal way to provide a looation for
a home for the Amerioan Legion, Harvey Seeds Post Do. 29.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of December, A. D. 1923.
