Oharter, to hear all written objections to the confirmation of

is described in said preliminary roll; and
WHEREAS, The Commiscion of the City of Uiami, having receive&
and considered all written remonstrances filed to the confir-
mation of the preliminary roll by any persons whose property
is described in said roll.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the CoL:Assion of the City °fp....

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the suns and amounts against
each of the lots or parocls of ground in said preliminary
assessment roll (as heroin modified) are less than the amount
that each of said lots or paxcels of ground is benefited by
said improvement and that such amounts are in proportion to the
special benefits, and that the proportion of aaid cost to be

The total cost of the said improvement, in the sum of
a 6 648.88 , is hereby al4.roved and confirmed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that tea (10) days after date of

hereby ordered, thirty (30) days afte2 date this resolution
to make collections of thl. assesz::.ents tbefein as reciuired by law.
