A RESOLUTION UNWILLING LOT GLEANING ASSESS*
MINT AGAINST LOTS 19 AND 20 OF BLOOK 64, LAW
RENOE ESTATE, IN THE SUM OP 419.00.
WHEREAS, George S. Reid has made affidavit that
Lots 19 and 20 of Blook 64, Lawrence Estate, have never
been cleaned by the Oity of Miami as shown by the re-
oords of the City, and
WHEREAS, there is on the reoords in the office of
the Director of Finance assessments against the two said
lots in the total sum of 419.00 for the cleaning of the
said lots, and
WHEREAS, the Commission. is of the belief that the
said assessments were placed against the said lots erro-
neously,
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission
of the City of Miami that the lieneagainet Lots 19 and
20 of Block 64, Lawrence Estate, for lot cleaning in
the total sum of 419.00, be, and the same are hereby,
cancelled and removed.
