BELCHER ASPHALT PAVING COMPANY FOR T13
PLATES AND RAIL BRACES USED IN THE CON.
STRUCTION OF MUNICIPAL RAILWAY TRACK.
'WHEREAS, a000rding to the reoords of the Depart-
ment of Publio Safety, the Tie Plates and Rail Braoes
shown by bill of the Belcher Asphalt Paving Company of
September 17, 1923 were used in the construction of Muni-
oipal Railway track changes on Munioipal Dock grounds,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the
City of Miami that the sum of $719.34 be, and the same
is hereby appropriated from the General Fund Surplus for
the purpose of paying said bill.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of November, A.D.
