after. due estimates made. by the City Manager; of,the post of; e
improvements and of the incidental expenses thereunto appertaining;
and
WHEREAS contracts have been duly let after. due public
advertisement, for the construction of the said improvements; and
WHEREAS the said storm sewer improvement is designated storm;
sewer it provement 3C-A, cal:1 authorized by resolution No.799,
10,700.C4 having been so estimated by the City Ib.ina.ger as the
