Whereas, the Commission Of the City of Miami, by reso- lution passed and adopted the day of ordered I ,ighway Improvement ,I P ,, District H-212 and the City Manager, under the direction of the Commission of the City of Miami, has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and sPeeif icatiena of such improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the incidental expenaes of said imeroveLent, and whereas due notice by publication as required by the City Charter has been tirade that the Commission of the City cf Miami would on the 6th day of .,Nov.mber192_21, at the City Hall, at 9 :QO a.m. o'clock, receive and hear the rer.,onstranoea of all interested persons to the confirmation of said resolution ordering said improvement, and all remonstrances received having been heard and considered by the Commission of the City of Miami. Therefore, Ee It Revolved by the Corawiesion of the City of Miami, Florida, that the said resolution of the Commission of the City cf Miami ordering said Highway Improvement to. 21___,�. District H-212 be, and the same is hereby confirmed. Be It Further Resolved, that the City Clerk cause to be published at least 3 times ir. the MAUI HERALD a newspaper of -ereral circulation in ?:iar..i, Florida, and in FLORIDA. TIMES -UNION a news.:aeer of general circulation throughout the State. pub- lished at Jacksonville , Florida, a notice 'calling for sealed bids to be received by the Commission of the City of Miami on the llth day ;.f December 19 23 , at 9 30a m. o'clock, for the construction of thJ said work, Said notice shall state the improvement is to be constructed, and paid for in cash, under Section 3b, of the City Charter. Any bid cover - in: work to be done under r,:cre than one resolution shall be in st ch form as to permit a separation to be made of the cost under each resolution.
