Whereas, the Comai ssicn 4f the City of Miami, by reso-
lution passed and adopted the 23rd day of .. October

and the City Ii;anaeer, under the direction of the Commission of
the City of L4iami, has ereeared and filed with the City Clerk
, lans and seecificatienc of such imerovewent and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental exl:enses of said ir.; rovewent, .and whereas due notice
by eublicaticn as required by the City Charter has been wade
that the Commission of the City of hiami would on the

Hall, at ::OO a.m, o'clock, receive and hear the remonstranoes
of all interested persons to the confirmation of said resolution
ordering said imerover..ent, and all remonstrances received having
been heard and considered by the Commission of the City of Miami.
Therefore, Le It Resolved by the Commission of the City
of Miami, Florida, that the said resolttion of the Commission of.
the City of Miami orderinc said HiGhway Improvement No, 207
District H-eC7 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
Be It Further resolved, that the City Clerk cause to be
published at least 3 times in the MIAMI HERALD
a newspaper of eereral circulation in nirr,i, Florida, and in

lished at Jacksonville , Flcri;ia, a notice 'calling for
sealed bids to be received by the Commission of the City of IEtami
on the
