Whereas, the Commission Of the City of Miami, by rasa.. lution passed and adopted the day of October 19AL ordered Sidewalk Improvement , District and the City tanager, under the direction of the Commission of the City of Miami, has prepared and filed with the City Clerk clans and specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the incidental expenses of said improvement, and whereas due notice by publication as recluired by the City Charter hc..s been wade that the Commission of the City of Miami would on the 30th day of _ E1_otober 1923 , at the City Hall, at 9:00 a.m o'clock, receive and hear the remonstrances of all interested persons to the confirmation of said resolution ordering said imeroven,ent, and all remonstrances received having been heard and considered by the Commission of the City of Miami. Therefore, Be It Resolved by the Commission of the City of Miami, Florida, that the said resolution of the Commission of the City of Miami ordering said Sidewalk Improvement No. , .5 District Ck, i1.5 be, and the same is hereby oonfirt,ed.
