RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION CANCELLING T BOND
AS PR CIPAL, and "%
8 SURE -MS.
WHEREAS, on the / f day of , 1923,
The City of Miami entered into a contr4ot with F. H. Foster
for the erection and construction of the following described
building, being a part of the Miami City Hospital, to —wit:
and,
WHEREAS, in the month of July, 1923, the said work was
completed and accepted by the City of Miami, and final payment
was made to the said Contractor on July 28th, 1923, and
WHEREAS, more than 90 days has elapsed since the completion
of the said building, and the making of the said final payment
thereon, and the said Contractor has made and filed his affidavit
showing that all claims for labor and materitas in the construction
and erection of said building have been fully paid,
NOW, THEREFORE, 3E IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF dIAMI, That the said F. H. Foster as rineixal, and
:--y as sureties upon his said bond, executed for
the faithful performance of the said contract, be and the same are
hereby discharged from further liability thereunder, and the said
bond is hereby cancelled.
