certain broken laterals and Y's constructed, and
WHEREAS, the payments under the said contract to t1e aatd
T. B. McGa:;ay have been by him assigned to John J. Quinn Company which
Company is doing the work for the sail T. B. :icGahay, and the said
John J. quinn Company hte agreed to do the additional work not set
forth in the original contract, said agreement having been submitted
to the City Cornai ion of the City of Miemi, Florida, by said
John J. Quinn in a communication under date of November lath, and
I hereby agree to do the fo110 rinm quantities of work at
the unit Irises st::ted and accept in payment the tdtal state below
for the completed work.

WHEREAS, the City `Manager and the said. 'John 3.
Company have agreed in writing to said alterations and. modifioations
as set forth in said commtziication of John J. Quinn,
NOW, T HIREF07.E, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the
City of Miami, that the said contract as altered and madified,
whereby there is to be Laid to the said Contraot�r for inlets and
connections the sum of t5,020.20, and there is•to be paid to the
said Contractor for locating unrecorded laterals, rerairing broken
laterals, cutting in Y's, and concreting main sewers, etc., the sum
of 11,808.10, -s set forty: in the said communication of November 19,
1923, be and the same is hereby ratifiedaprroved and confirmed.
PASED Al ADOPTED this � D tom. day of Nov -ember, A.D. 1923.
