WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami, 110rida,-:.
by resolution passed November 6th, 1923, authorized and directed
the City Manager to enter into contract with J. B..MOCrary Engin-
eering Corporation for.construction of sewers under Sanitary
Sewer Districts VO. 81 to 8v, both inclusive, and
WEISA5, the Cit. Manager has submitted said contract duly
executed by the Oity of Miami Lind the contraotor together with.
bond furnished by said contractor, both bond and contract hay-
ing been approved as t2 form and execution by the City Attorney,
NOW, TUarlFOR2d, B. IT RESOLVED by the othmission of the
City of Yliami, that the said contract between tie City of Miami
and the J. B. V.cOrary 4ngineering Corporation for construction of
sewers under sanitary Sewer Listricts No. 81 to 89, both inclusive,
Contract 1;o. 61'. 34, be, nd he same is hereby, ratified and con-
firmed by the Comfaission of the Jity of 1.1iaini, Florida.
