WEI R AS, the Director of Finance has submitted three
bills of Ernst & Ernst, Auditors, in the total sum of
0,312.07, covering the expense of various audits of the
City's books to date, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance reports that after
checking the said bills he finds them reasonable and re-
commends the payment of same,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of
the City of Miami that the Director of Finance be, and
he is hereby, authorized to pay to Ernst & Ernst, Auditors,
the sum of 45,314.07 for audits of the City's books as
evidenced by the bills submitted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1 3th day of November, A. D.
1943.
