A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR:
OF FINANCE TO CANCEL CERTAIN SANXT*
SEWER LIENS ON LOTS 6, 6, 7, 8 AND 9,
BLOC$ 57 NORTH.
WHEREAS, that property described as
Lots 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9, Block 57 North was sold
by the City of Miami to the Georgia Lumber Com-
pany January 22, 1920 and there remained at
that time certain sanitary sewer liens on each
lot in the sum of $26.16, and should have been
cancelled by the city;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the
Commission of the City of Miami that the Direc-
tor of Finance be and is hereby authorized to
cancel these sanitary sewer liens in the total
sum of $130.80 on the above property.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this /3 day of
November, 1923.
