IHEREAS, the oontraot entered into for the improveMent of
SANITARY SBWM R IMPR0VRILI iT NIIMitSR F]PTY-SIZ (66) .
authorized by resolution of the Commission of the City of
Miami has been properly and completely done and said work
duly accepted by the Commission of the City of Uiami,
NOW, THEREFORE,BE TT RESOLVED BY THE COWUBSION OF TEE
CITY OF MIAM.I, FLORIDA, That the City Manager be and is
hereby directed to ::.ake and file with the City Clerk a
preliminary assessment roll of said improvement as provided
in Section 56 of the City Charter.
BE IT FURTHER PESOL'.ED, that upon the filing of said
preliminary assessment roil, the bity Clerk cause notice:
to be given in a newspaper published in the City twice
weekly for two weeks, sl...t;ing that at a meeting of the
Commission of the City of Miarai to be held on a certain day
and at a certain hour, not less than twelve days from the
date of the first publication, any person whose property is
described in said preliminary assessment roll, may appear
and file written objections to the confirmation of the said
preliminary roll.
