Miami has been properly and coupletely done and said Rork
duly accepted by the Commission of the City of Miami,
NOW, THERErORE,BE TT RESOLVED BY THE COMMMISSION OF TEE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, That the City ?danger be and is
hereby directed to make and iwle with the City Clerk a
preliminary assessment roll of said improvement as provided
in Section 56 of the City Charter.
BE IT FURTHER PESOL'; ED, that upon the filing of said
preliminary assessment -07.1, the bity Clerk cause notice:
to be given is a naweyape_ published in the City twioe
weekly for two weeks, stating that at a meeting of the
Commission of the City of Miami to be held on a certain day
and at a certain hour, not less than twelve days from the
date of the first publication, any person whose property is
described in said pre:_ir.i r..ary assessment roll, ray appear
and file written objections to the confirmation of the said
preliminary roll.
