DATED NOVEMMBER let, 1923.
WHEREAS, A. J. Cueham, under date of Novembek' let,
1923, has made to the City Commission of Miami, Florida.,:pti offer:.
in writing to sell to the City of Miami the East fits (5) test
of the North one -hundred (100) feet of Lot one (1), B1ock'one-
hundred thirty-eight (138) North, of the City of Miami, Florida,
according to the plat thereof filed for record in Plat Book A.
at page 54, of the public records of Dade County, Florida, for
the sum of $7,823.45, which said offer is as follows:
"The City Commission,
Miami, Florida.
Gentlemen:
I hereby offer to execute a warranty deed to the
City of Miami, Florida, to the east five feet of the north one
hundred feet of Lot one, of Block One hundred thirty eight
North, of the City of Miami, Florida, according to the plat
thereof filed for record in Plat Book "A", at pale 54, of the
public records of Dade County, Florida, for the sum of 7,B23.45
in cash, and the condemnation suit against me for the condemnation
of the above property to be dismissed at the cost of the City,
and provided this offer is accepted within 15 days, and the con-
sideration to be paid within 15 days after such acceptance.
I will furnish an abstract showing a good marketable
title to the property, free from encumbrances except as to any
claims by any of the H;;gan heirs, such as have been impliedly
asserted by the filing of affidavits, powers of attorney, to.,
in the public records of this county; and the warranty shall also
except such claims.
The acceptance of this offer must be in writing. This
offer shall not be placed on record, and it shall be utterly void
unless accepted in writina within the fifteen days aforesaid.

THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA,
That the said offer of the said A. J. Cushman for
