requested Bunnell & Cail, contractors for the. following
improvements' , to omit the same from their cOntrietand
the Said. Bunnell &:Cail have agreed. 'in Writing to 'do so,
and it is necessary to cancelthe improvement lien assessed

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the
City of iiar.ii that the improvement liens against the above
described property, under contracts with Bunnell dc Call, be and
the same are hereby cancelled, rescinded and. set aside.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that copy of this resolution be
furnished by the City Clerk to the Director of Finance for the
information of his department.
