WHEREAS Ernest .Ootton, the ,n.ireotor of Ftib-
Service, has reported that under highway-iniptOVettitin
166, paving oontract No. 38, the following property was
to have been graded to a width of 21 feet and paved to.
a width of 18 feet with bituminous macadam:
N.W. 16th Avenue from the North line of W.
Flagler Street to the South line of N.V4
7th Street, and
9 iEREAS, because of the street oar track on this:
Avenue, the said work was not done, and
WHEREAS, on account of the possible widening of
Northeast Second Avenue, v ork in district No. 36, Sidewalk
contract No. 21 calling for an eight (8) foot concrete curb
and gutter on Northeast Second Avenue from the North line
of 13th Street to the South line of Fourteenth Street, was
not done, and
THEREAS, the contracts, under which the above world was
to have been done, have been completed and the assessment
rolls made, and
TiEREAS, it is necessary to cancel the liens heretofore
::sda against pro ierty for the said work,
NOV'', THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Commission of the
